WALLINGFORD — The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved two applications for daycares last week, including one submitted by New Life Church to open a daycare at the former TD Bank on North Turnpike Road. New Life Church is moving its existing day care, Carver Preschool, located on Bee Street in Meriden, to the former bank property at 7 N.
