Longmont High graduate Mandy Harvey bested her competition and moved on to the semifinal round of “America’s Got Talent” on Wednesday night. The 29-year-old singer-songwriter wowed judges — especially notorious curmudgeon Simon Cowell during her audition that aired June 6.
