Grape harvesting begins at the end of week. In preparation, a rabbi, priest and pastor will bless the grapes that will be plucked from Livermore vineries this season. Blessing of the grapes is a centuries-old tradition in the wine business. Wednesday’s ceremony begins at 11 a.m. at Concannon Vineyward on Tesla Road.
