For the second year in a row, James Rigato will turn his Mabel Gray into a temporary taqueria. And like last year, don’t expect him to be cooking. Rigato is turning over his Hazel Park restaurant — the Detroit Free Press Restaurant of the Year in 2017 — to former colleague Omar Ramirez Sept. 19-23 for Splanglish: A Temporary Taqueria.
