Etim Ekpimah, Uyo. The Associate Pastor of Winners’ Chapel, Mr Michael Okon, has petitioned the police high command and the Department of State Services, over an alleged unlawful detention by the police. Okon, who is also a blogger, described his case as trumped-up charge while speaking with journalists in Uyo on Tuesday.
