A local church hosts a unique festival, and you could say it was a 'howling' good time. It was the Second Annual Lakewood Party in the Park. The theme, 'Can you Top That?' Which meant fun hats, hot dog toppings, and ice cream toppings for all. There was also dunk tanks, bouncy houses, and plenty of games.
