POLICE are looking into a dismissed murder case as a possible motive in the killing of a Pasay City councillor at a mall in Las Pinas on Saturday night, an official said Sunday. “There’s a possible motive like that. That will be part of our investigation,” Chief Supt. Tomas Apolinario, director of the Southern Police District (SPD), said.
