LUFKIN Shortly before a federal jury found three Jasper family members guilty on multiple fraud counts on Thursday, U.S. Assistant Attorney Thomas Gibson compared Walter Diggles, his wife and daughter to a symphony, saying they acted in harmony when they illegally diverted more than $1.3 million in federal grant money intended for hurricane aid.
