ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. The vehicle pursuit policy at the Anderson County Sheriff's Office is being reviewed after a July 23 deputy-involved fatal car crash. Josh Martin, 22, happened to be in the intersection of Highway 8 and Moore Road when an Anderson County deputy drove through while pursuing a driver in a suspected stolen car.
