BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Dr. Frederick Gelsey has begun putting up signs on the East Side of Buffalo to educate the public on the link he believes exists between videogames/music, and homicide. The signs read "Did you know our kids are being educated to commit homicide?" with his phone number, encouraging residents to contact him to learn more.
