By EMILY WAGSTER PETTUS Associated Press. BROOKHAVEN, Miss. (AP) - A grand jury can decide whether to indict a Mississippi man charged with killing a deputy, his mother-in-law and six others who were his relatives or acquaintances, a judge said Wednesday.
