July 18 OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper is still in critical condition after he was struck by a vehicle on Interstate 35 during a high-speed pursuit. Lt. Heath Meyer was hit by another patrol vehicle Friday while setting up spike strips, or stop sticks, on the interstate near NW 27th Street in Moore .
