Saturday’s daylong gala on and around the Nelson Common is an ode to the town’s rich cultural history and a way for visitors and residents alike to explore the past. The party will swing into the evening with Colonial dances in the town hall.
A Sense of Place is the theme of the town’s Sestercentennial, and it’s hardly a one-day festival.
