Cape Town, South Africa (PANA) – The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Thursday ruled that South Africa had failed in not arresting Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, when he visited South Africa to attend an African Union (AU) Summit in Johannesburg despite the ICC issuing a warrant for his arrest.
