Jeff Pastor is a Mount Lookout resident and candidate for Cincinnati City Council in 2017. There is a crisis in Cincinnati. According to the 2017 Ohio Poverty Report, over 30 percent of Cincinnatians live in poverty. Poverty transcends all political, religious and racial boundaries. We as a community must do something about this.
