Updated 31 minutes ago. From gray to green, the Route 28 entrance to Sharpsburg will get a makeover that welcomes visitors and lessens the impact of water runoff on the borough's storm water system. Sharpsburg and Etna are collaborating on the gateway project to beautify the entrance near the 62nd Street Bridge.
