| This is why an 'electric fence' is going up at Hull Minster |
|
An electric fence is about to be installed inside Hull Minster as part of UK City of Culture 2017. This 'provocative and interactive' piece of art is intended to represent the barriers in the lives of many people around the world facing hate crime, while also exploring the horrors and tragedies of our history.
