DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - A 69-year-old Ohio man has received 31 years to life in prison for killing his pastor brother in a church office as Sunday services were ending last year. The sentencing Wednesday comes after a jury this month found Daniel Schooler guilty of murder and felonious assault charges in the fatal shooting of the Rev.
