A self-professed pastor who claimed to be raising money to help a disabled child was arrested and charged with using the images of terminally ill children to raise $145,000 for his own personal benefit. The parents of the disabled child have spoken to A Current Affair after the man allegedly ran fraudulent charity stalls across Victoria.
