| West Fifth Street home gets World Changers treatment |
|
For 64 years, Charlene Meadows has never had a real front porch. All she's had was a set of concrete steps leading to a small stoop at the front door of her house in the 2300 block of West Fifth Street. In recent years, her front steps and stoop have started crumbling.
Meadows' property also had other things that needed fixing.
