12-year old boy hit by car, police say victim at fault
WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) - A twelve-year old West Ashley boy was struck by a car Monday morning and Charleston Police say the victim is at fault. GREENVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Police have accused the director of a North Carolina day care of assaulting a child with a paint stir stick. Greenville police told local news outlets that 47-year-old Shannon Jacobs is charged with misdemeanor assault on a child under 12.
