Cebu priest accused of mauling vendor
MANILA - The Archdiocese of Cebu will investigate reports that a San Vicente Parish priest allegedly assaulted a female vendor in Dumajug, Cebu. The victim claimed that Fr. William Ibañez attacked her Wednesday morning while she was with her supervisor, preparing goods for their burger stand inside the church compound.
