Hudson County sees a dozen homicides in first half of 2016; 11 in Jersey City
Kevin Miles, 32, was shot in the head on Stuyvesant Avenue on Jan. 28 at about 2 p.m. At his funeral, a friend described the father of four as a "kind and caring person."
