Born on April 25, 1919, Ned had 10 brothers, of whom he is the last one remaining. To mark his landmark birthday Bishop Denis Brennan presented him with a special boxed Rosary beads that was given to him by the Pope. A man of deep faith it was very fitting that Ned received it as a gift. |
