When the Western New York Movie Expo and Memorabilia Show returns to Buffalo on Aug. 1 for the fourth consecutive year to celebrate classic movies, television and radio, Jeff Rapsis will be among those watching the films. When I was a kid in the late 1980s, the reading material in my house consisted of: our local newspaper, an Irish newspaper and Reader’s Digest, which came only once a month.
