Family of Larry Gogan wipe away tears at radio legend's removal
The family of RTE broadcasting legend Larry Gogan wiped away tears as the veteran DJ’s removal took place on Thursday night. Hugely-popular Gogan, who spent four decades on RTE radio during a career spanning 60 years on the airwaves, died on Tuesday morning. The 85 year-old’s removal took place on Thursday at Church of St Pius X in Templeogue.

Well-known Cornish DJ legend dies
A DJ ‘legend’ from Cornwall, who made a big impact in the and area, has died. Clive Carlson was better known as Karlo King and was a mainstay at such Cornish hot spots as Tyacks in Camborne, the Flamingo in Pool and the Penventon in Redruth in the 1970s.
