Woodbury church sponsoring event to recruit foster parents
A Woodbury church is sponsoring an event to recruit more foster parents. The Five Oaks Church will host the Orphaned/Vulnerable Children Information Fair on Sunday. The number of children in foster care has risen 14 percent in the past two years to 10,000, according to the state Department of Health.
