It is true that sometimes when we are at the end of our tether we feel like 'dropping out' or hopping off the bus. But the world is spinning so much faster nowadays that there is hardly any time to jump.

Lessons from War
Many of us found ourselves in some form of uniform holding a gun. As individuals we learned many things from that experience and I want to remember some of these things and apply those lessons to the struggles we find ourselves locked into today. The first was how war levelled us in the field.

Malaysia has reported 190 new cases, its sharpest daily jump that saw its total cases surge to 428. Health Minister Adham Baba said Saturday most of the new cases were related to a recent mass Islamic religious gathering, that have also sickened some participants from Brunei and Singapore.
