A special star-studded gala is being held next week to launch the theatre's anniversary celebrations
Exeter Northcott Theatre is celebrating its 50th anniversary today. It opened on November 2, 1967, with a production of The Merchant of Venice starring its first artistic director Tony Church. To mark bringing five decades of entertainment in Exeter, it will be hosting a charity gala next Sunday, November 12.
