Although Democrats initially signaled they were on board with voting to bring the Republican bill up for debate in the Senate, they changed their tune just 48 hours before it hit the floor and were able to successfully block the legislation moving forward. No cap on number of people attending C of E church services as long as coronavirus guidelines are met
MPs have been told there will be no cap placed on the number of people attending Church of England services as long as Covid-secure guidelines are met. Speaking in the Commons, Conservative MP Andrew Selous, who's the Church of England’s representative in the Commons, also said singing and chanting are not allowed even at a distance.
