State-recognised funeral for Pastor Silas Napolean McKinney on Sunday
PASTOR Silas Napolean McKinney is to be given a state-recognised funeral on Sunday at Hillview Seventh Day Adventist Church, Tonique Willliams-Darling Highway at 10am, the Cabinet Office announced on Friday. Pastor McKinney, formerly of Landrail Point, Crooked Island, died on July 16 aged 89.
