APS: Parent attacks students entering school with pepper spray
ATLANTA (CBS46) - An official with Atlanta Public Schools says Carver-Atlanta parent Shawanda Favors allegedly sprayed several students with pepper spray at the New School at Carver High School. Favors has been taken to the City of Atlanta jail, charged with inappropriate conduct. Four students were treated for injuries.
