WLOS — OLD FORT, NC -- A South Carolina family now seeking shelter in the mountains, is riding out an even bigger storm than Hurricane Matthew. Titus Heyward and Teanisha Fripp of Beaufort, South Carolina, suddenly lost their little girl on October 1. Now, Hurricane Matthew is impacting funeral arrangements.
