368 commit suicide so far this year
OMBALA Security Company co-owner and active Swapo member, William John Basson (43), who fatally shot himself on Friday at Swakopmund, is one of 12 people who committed suicide this month alone. Acting Erongo police crime investigations coordinator detective chief inspector Erastus Iikuyu said Basson did not leave a suicide note.

Gas explosion death toll reaches nine
