Istanbul Bomber Identified as Militant With ISIS Links

(ISTANBUL) Turkey’s interior minister on Sunday identified the suicide bomber who killed four foreign tourists in Istanbul as a militant with links to the Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria group.
